Opening 1: Property Management – Executive

Job Overview

  • Check-in assistance via ground staff co-ordination
  • Guest verification, registration operations via Call or whatsapp
  • Guest checkout on call. Property verification via ground staff
  • Coordinating housekeeping and deep cleaning activities
  • Maintaining inventory of assets in the property
  • Coordinating maintenance work via ground staff
  • Approving owner’s and other service vendor’s monthly payment
  • Owner’s account management and point-of-contact
  • Guest Stay Assistance on call via House Book Building
  • Offline Booking requests or guests’stay extensions or offline demand sources

Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies:

  • Outgoing personality who loves to interact with people and get things done
  • Normal proficiency in using MS-Excel and Google Docs
  • Should be a good problem solver for guests
  • Flexibility of work-timing
  • Preferred 1 year of experience customer service or business relations roles or responsibilities

Expected Salary

Range CTC :: 1.8 – 3.0 Lacs (Depending upon the profile)

Opening 2: Online Operations – Executive

Job Overview

  • Co-ordinating with field teams for collection and preparation of property data and images
  • Listing the properties online on various platforms
  • Creating marketing and operational documents for selling and running hospitality business
  • Maintaining and ensuring legal stay documents of guests are maintained
  • Making booking entries and updates in the system
  • Maintaining availability and blocking Calendars as per the bookings
  • Preparing month-end reports for the performance of properties
  • Handling customer queries and concerns about the place
  • Doing sales i.e. guiding the customers toward booking the place
  • Processing and selecting the good images among the property stock images
  • Working on preparing the content / description of the property
  • Managing business revenue and expenses on Google Spreadsheets with regular linking setup
  • Street smart to buy supplies from vendors
  • Doing field work for supplies, legal and property understanding works

Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies:

  • Person with decent English writing and speaking skills
  • Normal proficiency in using MS-Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to guide the prospects through the Sales process i.e. Sales Skills
  • Good communication skills so that person can co-ordinate well with field and property management teams
  • Should be quite comfortable with online software and tools to do various content processing
  • Preferred 1 year of experience with data management or Content or Sales is preferred

Opening 3: Housekeeping – Executive

Job Overview

  • Ensuring superb hospitality for guests in the managed properties
  • Managing the housekeeping supplies – Bed-sheets, Cleaning chemicals and tools etc.
  • Managing the reporting housekeeping workers timings, work and timing
  • Ensuring all Appliances, Furnishings and Decorations are shining and fully functional
  • Managing the maintenance or adhoc work required at the properties / Bnb accommodations
  • Washing and Drying the Bedsheets, Quilts, Covers etc. on regular basis
  • Preparing the place perfectly for Guests checkin
  • Managing or Doing the Guests checkin and explaining guests about the rules and know-how about the place
  • Managing or Doing the Guests’ checkout and property verification
  • Buying the required supplies for the property operations and updating the records on online forms
  • Listening to guests problems and feedbacks and taking appropriate actions

Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies:

  • Outgoing personality who loves to interact with people and get things done
  • Normal proficiency in using Online Apps and doing basic things online
  • Eye for details around great hospitality and property verification
  • Flexibility of work-timing
